11/17/2017 0 Comments FINAL REFLECTIONThe final post of it all. This class was so helpful to me and I really enjoyed it, it was a great way to start the day. For the last three years I've loved to take photos and that's why I took this class. I wasn't a fan of photoshop and I was very bad at it. In this class I have made extreme progress on my photoshop skills as well as my photo taking skills. This class opened up a whole new level of things in photography for me. I have for sure got better at every involving photography and I'm excited to get back out there and take more photos. Personally my favorite type of photography is of people and I can't wait to continue to take photos of people.
Example one are photo assignment two and three. The picture on you left is one of my worse photos. Theres a lot in the background that draws your eyes away from the focus of the picture. The photo on the right is a better photo, it is an example of macro where I get up close and personal to the object(s). This picture gives a lot of detail and there is nothing drawing the eye away.
The first photo is an example of a bad photo because is it a very blurry photo, it does give a lot of color but is't great quality. The second photo is good, this is a still life photo. It focuses on the color pencils but also on the drawing which is awesome.
This last one is a good and bad example of photoshop. The photo on the left is the car retouch project. At the time I was very bad at photoshop and I was very confused by all the steps. The one on the right is a better example, it was a very simple assignment called color pop.

11/3/2017 0 Comments Portrait DemoFor this assignment we were asked to take two photos. One in a studio and one with a white poster board as a window light bounce card. The one in the studio is on the left and the poster board is the right. The studio photo we had three lights, key light, fill light, and a hair light. The bounce card was kind of hard because we didn't have much sunlight to do it in. What I learned: I learned how to take studio shot and shots with bounce cards. This was a very fun assignment and I really enjoyed learning how to do and use all the lights.

10/25/2017 0 Comments p/s tutorialsThis a very simple two step color pop photo. All you have to do is, one desaturate the photo and then us your history brush over the part of the photo to bring the old color back into the photo. The next one I did was a photo merging one. I merged the two photos together to create this beautiful photo. Last I did the polaroid pictures, which was really cool and fun.
What I learned: I have done color pop before just not on photoshop just off of an app on my phone. This taught me how to color pop off of photoshop and that it's a lot easier then I thought. I also learned how to merge photos together to create something great. Lastly I learned how to do the polaroid effect. Tutorial Websites:
